The client has specified a modern aesthetic with a minimalist approach.

The building will be constructed primarily of wood and will utilize a single panelized material across all facades. In compliance with city regulations, the design incorporates a stepped rear profile, creating an angular visual plan that is mirrored in the front elevation through a dynamic interplay of massing and voids. This architectural design not only exudes elegance but also enhances the streetscape with its bold and sophisticated presence.
