This design converted an existing building into an 11-bedroom retirement home in Hamilton, Ontario. We completely redesigned the exterior of the building to make it more modern looking. Lima incorporated high quality contemporary materials such as cement panels and aluminum composite panels. The result is an elegant building with much more pleasing curb appeal at this intersection.
