The OP3 condominium is an integral component of the new Residential Oak Park development in Oakville, Ontario. This 10-storey structure spans 160,000 square feet and houses 216 residential units, complemented by commercial space on the ground floor and two levels of underground parking.

The design prioritizes a vibrant streetscape, adhering to strong urban design principles that promote pedestrian-friendly access while discreetly screening parking areas from public view. The four buildings within this development form a central courtyard, featuring expansive landscaped areas and a variety of amenities.

Architecturally, the modern design of OP3 is distinguished by large, striking canopies that juxtapose the clean lines and simplicity of the glass facade. This balance of simplicity and elegance is the culmination of extensive sketching and refinement, reflecting a thoughtful and meticulous design process.
