Rymal Residential

Lima Architects has been retained to design a new four-storey residential building located on the bustling Rymal Road in Hamilton, Ontario. This project encompasses a total area of approximately 26,000 square feet and is conceived to offer modern living spaces within a thoughtfully designed urban context.

Our design approach balances contemporary aesthetics with a sense of approachable sophistication. The building will feature a refined taupe color theme, complemented by the use of high-quality materials such as durable stone, elegant siding, and sleek composite panels. This material palette contributes to a modern yet timeless facade that integrates well with its surroundings.

Emphasis has been placed on strong urban design principles, ensuring seamless pedestrian access from Rymal Road to foster a vibrant street presence. Resident and visitor parking will be conveniently located at the rear of the building, minimizing street-level disruption and enhancing the overall pedestrian experience. The architectural style is distinctly modern, yet carefully calibrated to avoid an overly stark or avant-garde appearance, ensuring it feels welcoming and harmonious within the neighborhood. This project aims to provide comfortable and stylish residences, contributing positively to the urban fabric of Hamilton.
