This mixed-use building is conceived as a compact yet highly articulated urban intervention, designed to maximize presence on a constrained site. The architecture is defined by a clear volumetric hierarchy, where a grounded brick base establishes a strong connection to the street, while upper levels are expressed through a refined system of dark and light paneling. This contrast enhances the building’s identity and reinforces its contemporary character within the surrounding residential fabric.

The result is a modern, well-proportioned structure that contributes to the evolving character of Newmarket, offering a refined interpretation of low-rise urban living.
