This new condominium building incorporates an existing heritage house. The intent of the design was to create a modern glass building which won’t detract from the heritage building. The new mass is sympathetic with the existing house scale, and it compliments its aspects not “imitating” the heritage design language. As a result, the heritage house continues to stand out and be the prominent focal point of this site. The new building has 19 units with 3 storeys.
