Our Hamilton architects were retained to design a mixed-use duplex to replace an existing outdated commercial building that was sitting on the property. A contemporary design approach was taken, with the idea to keep the duplex looking like one uniform building. The arrangement of large windows along with the use of stone, wood looking cement panels and stucco, brings forth a modern barn house feel to this design. Both the client and our Hamilton architects were thrilled with the finished results.
