Between 1925 and 1951, Sheppard Plaza became outdated, prompting our client’s desire to rejuvenate its facade completely. Lima Architects proposed a comprehensive makeover involving the removal of the old cladding and installing sleek architectural elements finished with high-end aluminum composite panels. This elegant yet straightforward design injects a touch of sophistication into the building, meeting the demand for a more upscale appearance.
