Project Description

New mixed-use building in Ancaster, ON. This project is for 10 residential units which are located on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors and commercial use on the main floor. The building is located closer to the street and the parking is at the rear of the building with access via a driveway going under the 2^nd floor above. This contemporary design suits well the concept for this development. The design has a striking and simple massing while manipulating the use of solids and voids.
